We hope you'll join us on Sunday, July 14, from 4-7 p.m., for the Yale Club of Boston’s annual summer barbecue! We'll be serving food and playing lawn games at the American Legion Marsh Post #442 (map), a beautiful riverfront venue that's an easy walk from Harvard Square.  

The barbecue is one of the club's largest annual events and consistently our most inter-generational one. Alumni of all ages and current students come together to swap stories of their respective times at Yale, forge friendships over delicious food, and watch a lazy summer afternoon on the Charles drift into evening. Tickets are $20 for members, $25 for non-members, and $5 for current students. If you would like to bring a guest, you can include an additional ticket in your order.

Note: There is a cash bar onsite for attendees 21 and over; bringing your own alcoholic beverages or having them delivered to the event are not permitted.

Do you have a favorite lawn game? Please feel free to bring it to the barbecue.

We're also looking for a few volunteers to staff the check-in/information desk for one-hour shifts and help with set-up and clean-up. Volunteers get free admission and first dibs on taking leftovers home. Please email youngalumni@yaleboston.orgTic if you're interested.

 Parking at the site is limited, so please also send us an email if you require special accommodations for parking. There is a small lot directly next to the venue, and we will reserve parking for those who indicate the need.
