Did you know? Yale alumni in Boston enjoy these exciting benefits:

  • All Yale alumni, parents, and faculty are welcome to become members of the Yale Club of Boston. Members are entitled to vote in the club's elections, receive discounted admission to our events and invitation to members-only events, access recordings on our member content library, and help us to produce top-quality programming for the entire Yale community in Boston.

  • The Boston College Club offers regular membership with discounted initiation and other benefits to Yale alumni who are members of the Yale Club of Boston in good standing.

  • Like graduates of Harvard, MIT, and the Fletcher School, Yale alumni may become regular members at the Harvard Club of Boston.

  • All Yale alumni have free access to JSTOR and are eligible for borrowing privileges at Yale's libraries.

  • All alumni are eligible for YaleMail email services through the YAA.

  • The Yale Club's digital newsletter provides regular updates about our events and the activities of Boston-based shared-interest groups. (Planning an event of your own? Let us know! We may be able to help, and we can certainly add it to our newsletter if we think it will appeal to our subscribers.)

Dues

YaleBoston depends on member dues to cover our operating expenses and keep our events affordable. Members receive benefits ranging from a vote at the annual meeting to discounted tickets and special members-only event invitations.

Dues start at $65 a year. You are welcome to contribute more, in which case you will receive a receipt acknowledging the difference as a tax-deductible donation to YaleBoston, which is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Recent graduates may choose to become members at the discounted annual rate of $40, and members of the most recent Yale College class can get one year of free membership.  Donations to YaleBoston & Affiliated Trusts

Members and non-members alike are also welcome to donate to YaleBoston and its associated trusts, which are used to provide financial assistance to current Yale students and to encourage Boston-area high school students to reach higher academically than they thought they could. More information is available on our donations page.
